All news
The Koehler Group continued to pursue its strategic growth path throughout fiscal year 2025 despite a challenging market environment. With revenue of €1.059 billion, investments of approximately €108 million, and the acquisition of the logistics company Klumpp + Müller, the family-owned company set important milestones for the future.

The economic environment in 2025 was characterized by geopolitical uncertainties and subdued economic growth. Nevertheless, the Koehler Group successfully maintained its position in the market. Paper sales increased to 502,168 tonnes, and the company employed 2,512 people worldwide.

A major strategic milestone was the acquisition of Klumpp + Müller, effective January 1, 2026. This transaction expands the Koehler Group’s portfolio with a third business area, Logistics, while strengthening its capabilities across the entire value chain.

Investments focused on the further development of the Oberkirch, Kehl, and Willstätt sites as well as the expansion of renewable energy activities, including the construction of the Höringhausen wind farm. With an equity ratio of 47.4 percent, the Group continues to maintain a solid financial foundation.

"In 2025, we made important strategic decisions to position the Koehler Group for long-term success. The integration of Klumpp + Müller expands our business model with the new Logistics business area and strengthens our value chain," says Kai Furler, Chief Executive Officer of the Koehler Group.

With its three business areas, Paper, Renewable Energy, and Logistics, the Koehler Group is well positioned for the future and will continue to pursue its strategic course together with customers and business partners in more than 100 countries worldwide.
