The Koehler Group Donates 1,000 Euros to Lebenshilfe Offenburg-Oberkirch-Lahr e.V.
Koehler Group employees once again showed their community engagement by participating in a special fundraiser: At the beginning of the year, they were able to get a copy of the company’s popular fine paper art calendar in exchange for a donation. The executive board then topped up the proceeds from the fundraiser to reach a total of 1,000 euros. The money was presented to Lebenshilfe Offenburg-Oberkirch-Lahr e.V., an organization that works on helping people with disabilities live as independently as possible while remaining in charge of their own lives.
Employees Contribute to Calendar Fundraiser for a Good Cause
For many years now, the annual art calendar released by Koehler has been tremendously popular. The 2026 version was produced in collaboration with renowned photographer Michael Corona, a landscape and nature photographer from the Black Forest who lives in the German town of Todtnau and has specialized in depicting mystical shows of light, rolling mists, and alpine motifs. With this fundraiser, the Koehler Group brought together an appreciation of its premium fine paper offerings with support for an important social service organization in the region. Among other things, Lebenshilfe Offenburg-Oberkirch-Lahr e.V. assists and supports people with disabilities and their families while advocating for their full participation in society. “Our employees’ dedication to our communities always fills me with joy. In fact, the large number of people who helped with the fundraiser shows just how important social responsibility and solidarity are to the people in our company. And when we all pull together, we can make an important contribution to invaluable local initiatives such as this one,” says Koehler Group CEO Kai Furler.
Proceeds Go to Lebenshilfe Offenburg-Oberkirch-Lahr e.V.
The people at Lebenshilfe Offenburg-Oberkirch-Lahr e.V. were thankful for the donation. Chairman Achim Feyhl had the following to say: “We’re delighted with this extremely generous donation from the Koehler Group. This type of support makes it possible for us to maintain and improve the broad range of support and advocacy services we offer to people with disabilities and their families.” Accordingly, this donation underscores the Koehler Group’s ties to the community and its commitment to local social projects.
