Tradition Meets the Future: Koehler Group Honors 109 Employees
This year the Koehler Group honored a total of 71 employees who have accumulated 10, 25, 40, or even 50 years of service to the company. The traditional celebration to honor those reaching career milestones and long-serving employees entering retirement was once again held in the Reithalle cultural center in Offenburg.
A particular highlight of the celebration was the honoring of one employee who has been part of the Koehler family for 50 years. This remarkable milestone is evidence of the affinity and the loyalty of employees towards the Koehler Group. “It fills me with great pride to be able to share this special moment with you. Thank you for your loyalty and your commitment over the past five decades,” Furler declared to honoree Helmut Bohnert. In addition to the awards ceremony for long-serving employees, the event had a number of other special highlights. During the course of the evening, guests were not only treated to culinary delicacies, but also to a fascinating football performance to mark the occasion of the semifinals of the European Soccer Championship.
Furler emphasized how valuable the experience and knowledge of long-serving employees is for future generations at Koehler. “Their contribution is of inestimable value to the future development of Koehler,” he added.
